So far, my experience has been pleasant. There was a bit of a delay where the impression kit was concerned, but it was out of the way and we moved on. Alignerco was very helpful through my impressions process and my Smile Specialist went above and beyond to quicken the process of making my aligners to make up for the 1 week lost in the shipping of my Impression kit. My daughter was told that she needed Braces, but she was really averse to wearing metal braces and was really upset. Our Insurance didn’t cover Orthodondists’s costs for the clear aligners, so we were really glad to find Alignerco.
