It is somewhat uncomfortable at first but then you will develop the habit of wearing it. These aligners really worked well in improving my bite. I am very happy with it.

I am very happy with the new and improved version of ME. Started off rocky. It took two tries to get a good impression, but I was happy it could be redone. The material and fit are relatively comfortable, considering there is an alien object in your mouth. The aligner treatment chart tells me exactly what my current set of aligners is pulling or pushing. I love watching the gaps in my teeth closing in on the chart.
